1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Teezr Golf Bets ("the Application"), you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the Application.
2. Eligibility and Minimum Age
Use of Teezr Golf Bets is restricted to individuals 18 years of age or older.
By registering and accepting these terms, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
- The age information you provide is true and accurate.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
Disclaimer: Teezr does not independently verify users' ages. If a minor downloads the application or registers by providing false information, Teezr Golf Bets is not responsible. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that does not meet this requirement without prior notice.
3. Service Description
Teezr is a mobile application for golfers that allows you to:
- Keep digital scorecards
- Create and manage golf challenges between friends
- Calculate handicaps and statistics
- Share results with your community
- Compete in friendly challenges
4. Subscriptions and Payments
4.1 Free Trial
✨ 14-day free trial. We give you full access to all PRO features for 14 days at no charge. No payment information required at sign-up; the trial ends automatically — we only charge you if you choose to continue.
4.2 Paid Subscriptions
We offer two types of subscriptions:
- Monthly: renews each month
- Annual: renews each year
4.3 Automatic Renewal
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each period (month or year) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. The charge will be made within the 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
4.4 Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from:
- iOS: Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play Store → Subscriptions
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial periods.
4.5 Refunds
Refunds are subject to the policies of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We do not offer direct refunds.
5. User Account
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- All activity under your account
- Notifying us of any unauthorized use
6. Friendly Challenges
Teezr Golf Bets allows users to create challenges and friendly bets between players as part of the social golf experience. These challenges are entirely optional and are managed privately between the participants.
Important:
- Challenges are private agreements between players
- Teezr Golf Bets only provides tools for tracking
- We do not process, facilitate, or recommend monetary transactions
- Players are responsible for complying with local laws
- Any exchange between players is under their own responsibility
7. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the app for illegal activities
- Attempt to hack or compromise security
- Harass or harm other users
- Share offensive or inappropriate content
- Use the app for commercial or illegal gambling activities
8. Intellectual Property
All content of the Application (design, code, logos, texts) is the property of Teezr Golf Bets and is protected by intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
Teezr Golf Bets is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:
- Data loss
- Service interruptions
- Disputes between users
- Challenges or agreements made between users
- Any transaction or exchange between users
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified through the Application.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application if you violate these terms.
12. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of [your jurisdiction].
